What this policy covers

This policy covers arnazauto.com, our careers site. It explains what we collect when you visit the site or apply for a job with us, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and what you can do about it.

Information you give us

If you submit the application form on this site, we collect what you enter into it:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you provide one
• The role and location you are interested in
• Your years of experience, if you provide it
• Your résumé, if you upload one
• Anything you write in the notes field

If you call or text us instead of using the form, we collect whatever you tell us in that conversation.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site collects some information automatically when you visit.

• Server logs. Our web host records standard log data, including IP addresses, as part of operating and securing the site.
• Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived. This uses cookies and similar technologies.
• Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure the performance of our recruitment advertising and to show our job ads to relevant audiences. This is an advertising technology and it uses cookies and similar technologies.

Why we collect it and what we do with it

We use application information for one purpose: to consider you for employment and to contact you about it. Submitted applications are emailed to our hiring contact and stored in the site administration area so we can review them.

We use analytics and advertising information to understand which job listings people are finding, to improve this site, and to reach people who may be interested in working with us.

By submitting the form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about the role you applied for. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your application information.
• We do not share your application with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not use your application information to build advertising profiles.

Our advertising and analytics tools are separate from your application. They measure site visits, not the contents of your application.

Who can see it

Applications are accessible to the people involved in hiring at Arnaz Group. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf in order to run this site:

• GoDaddy — website hosting and security
• Brevo — delivery of application emails and confirmations
• Google — website analytics
• Meta — recruitment advertising measurement

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so. Our providers may process or store data on servers in the United States and elsewhere.

How long we keep it

We retain applications while we are considering candidates and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case a suitable role opens up. If you would like your application deleted sooner, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices

About your application. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (313) 436-1667 or email careers@arnazauto.com and tell us what you would like done.

About analytics and advertising. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and you can control how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies, and many offer a setting to signal that you do not want to be tracked.

About the form. If you would rather not use the form at all, you can apply by calling or texting us instead.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection and our hosting provider maintains security monitoring and backups. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Children

This site is intended for people seeking employment and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, such as Midas or certification bodies, those sites have their own privacy practices which we do not control.
